Hier sind die Anforderungen beschrieben, die erfüllt sein müssen, um ein Projekt vom [[Inkubator]] (PROTO) in die Liste der offiziellen [[OSEG Projekt]]e mit aufzunehmen.

Dabei sind die Punkte 1 bis 3 zwingende Start-Voraussetzungen für die Statusänderung, sowie die Einrichtung einer Wiki-Seite mit mindestens der in Punkt 3 enthaltenen grundlegenden Projektbeschreibung. Die weiteren unter Punkt 4 enthaltenen Unterpunkte und Elemente der Wiki-Seite sollten zeitnah bzw. je nach Projekt-Fortschritt ergänzt werden. Die unter Punkt 5 aufgelisteten Aspekte haben den Charakter einer Empfehlung und Orientierungshilfe für das Projekt.

I like the third row most, something in that direction. It's really open and not overloaded and scales fine (have look at the last row). ==Heizsystem==

===Beschreibung der Heizung===
Die Heizung hat mehrere Energiequellen (= polyvalent):
* Sonne → kostenlos und umweltfreundlich
* Holz → günstiger und nachwachsender Rohstoff; umweltschonend, weil ohne Freisetzung von Kohlenstoffdioxid aus fossilem Kohlenstoff
* Nachtstrom → für die Wärmepumpe zur besseren Ausnutzung der Sonne im Winter und für die Heizstäbe (wie bspw. Tauchsieder) als Reserve

Die Sonne heizt über die Kollektoren und Kollektorkreislauf zuerst Wärmespeicher 1 (= Verteiler; gegenüber dem Kleiderschrank) auf, danach den Saison-Wärmespeicher 2 (in Verlängerung der Garage). Fällt Speicher 1 unter 45°C ab, zieht die Wärmepumpe aus Speicher 2 ab und heizt Speicher 1 auf 55°C auf, wobei sie Speicher 2 um etwa 3°C pro Nacht abkühlt. Daraufhin kann Speicher 2 wieder mehr Wärme von der Sonne hereinholen, da der Temperaturunterschied größer geworden ist. Unter 8°C im Speicher 2 schaltet sich die Wärmepumpe automatisch ab, damit keine Frostschäden im Verdampfer entstehen können.

Spätestens jetzt kommt der Holzofen zum Einsatz, der seine Wärme an die Luft des Wohnzimmers abgibt und über das wasserummantelte Ofenrohr mit etwa gleicher Leistung an den Verteilerspeicher. SChon zwei brennende Scheite lassen die Temperatur im Schwerkraftkreislauf um 10°C ansteigen. Das Wasser in den Speichern ist "inhibiert", um Korrosionsschäden auszuschließen. Es umspült auch den Warmwasserspeicher auf dem Verteiler und hält ihn auf der höchsten Temperaturstufe des Systems. Der Verteiler un der Warmwasserspeicher besitzen Elektroheizstäbe für Niedertarifstrom mit eigenen Zählern zur Kontrolle.

Das Feuer im Ofen soll hell brennen. Deshalb ist es falsch, ihn vollzustopfen und ggf. später zu drosseln, wenn er zu heiß wird. Das täte auch dem Kreislauf und der Fußbodenheizung nicht gut und würde zur Kalkausfällung im Warmwasser führen. Der Ofen brennt leicht mit kleiner Holzmenge, weil er die Verbrennungsluft in der Ofentür vorwärmt, die dadurch gekühlt wird. In einem Niedrigenergiehaus genügt eine geringe Heizleistung. Und die Oberfläche des Ofens strahlt angenehm mild.

Die Heizkosten mit der Wärmepumpe sind max. 1 DM / Tag, da die Stromaufnahme 1 kW über 10h NT-Zeit ist. Nur über die Heizstäbe werden noch 3 kW bzw. 4,5 kW aufgenommen, die jedoch nur stundenweise notwendig sind. Laut Stromkostenbuchführung liegen die Heizkosten zwischen 200 DM in relativ sonnigen und 700 DM in relativ sonnenarmen Wintern pro Jahr, also 20–60 DM / Monat.

===Beschreibung der Lüftung (Luftwechselanlage)===
In einem Niedrigenergiehaus sind die Wärmeveluste durch Lüftung teilweise größer als die Transmissionsverluste durch die Wände. Lüftungswärmeverluste (und Einbruchgefahr) werden gegenüber der Fensterlüftung durch eine Luftwechselanlage stark reduziert (s. Schema). Die Zuluft ist gefiltert und wird mittels Wärmerückgewinnung aus der Abluft angewärmt. Aus Küche, Bad und Atelier werden etwa 100m³/h abgesaugt. Dafür werden 100m³/h lautlos ins Schlafzimmer geleitet.

Im Sommer kann die Frischluft noch um 10°C abgekühlt werden

Die Lüftungsanlage verbraucht etwa 0,6 kWh/Tag; wenn die Kühlung mitläuft etwa 2,4 kWh/Tag, entsprechend 0,06 bzw. 0,24 DM / Tag, bei Niedrigtarif.

==Einstellung und Wartung des Heizsystems==

Die Komponenten regeln sich selbst über Thermostate und Temperaturvergleicher.

===Entlüften===
* Kollektoren → haben automatische Entlüfter auf dem Dach
* Wärmespeicer → haben einen automatischen Entlüfter auf dem Warmwasserboiler-Mantel
* Fußbodenheizung → hat einen automatischen Entlüfter auf dem Verteilerspeicher (rechts)

Entlüfterhähne auf dem Verteilerspeicher (links) werden nur beim Füllen und Entleeren des Kollektorkreislaufs bestätigt.

===Nachfüllen===
Der Kollektorkreislauf enthält Frostschutzmittel. Solange das Druckausgleichsgefäß im Untergeschoß an Wärmespeicher 2 genügend aufgepumpt ist und das Manometer über 1,0 bar(ü) steht, braucht nicht aufgefüllt zu werden. Die Schlauchleitung dazu liegt im Tankraum bereit.

Die Wärmespeicher enthalten Leitungswasser mit 1% Korosionsinhibitor B18. Die Wirksamkeit ist alle 5 Jahre bei Fa. Aquatech zu überprüfen. Dazu genügt es 50ml in einer Plastikflasche einzusenden.

Auch der Frostschutz im Kollektorkreislauf sollte von der Wartungsforma alle 5 JAhre überprüft werden.

===Wartung und Sommer-Winter Umschaltung===
Zum Einschalten der Heizung wird nur der Stecker für die Umwälzpumpe der Fußbodenheizung am Verteilerspeicher eingesteckt. Der Schalter für die Wärmepumpe ist im Steuerkastem im Tankraum, sobald die Temperatur im Verteilerspeicher unter 40° liegt. Der Nachheizstab für Warmwasser ist immer eingeschaltet. Der Nachheizstab unter der Garagendecke für die Zeit, wenn der Saisonspeicher zu kalt ist für die Wärmepumpe, hat einen eigenen CEE-Stecker und Dose neben dem Zähler.

Die Sommer-Winter Umschaltung für die Wärmepumpe bedeutet(?) auch die beiden Ventile unter der Garagendecke und das eine im Tankraum umzustellen (laut dort aufgezeichnetem Schema).

Diese Arbeiten sowie das Wechseln der Filter an der Luftwechselanlage (1x/Jahr Abluftfilter, 1x/5 Jahre die Frischluftfilter) sowie Hilfe bei Störungen bietet Fa. P. Schuhmann in Walldorf an.

===Ofenheizung===
Falls Rußgeruch im Sommer auftritt, Rauchgasklappe schließen (und beim Anfeuern wieder öffnen!!!)

Reinigung des Ofenrohrwärmetauschers: halbkreisförmiges Haupt des Ofens abnehmen; mit dem Staubsauger von oben den losen Flugruß aus dem Ofenrohr, aufsteigender und absteigender Ast, entfernen (nicht die festsitzende Schicht entfernen, sie behindert die Heizleisutung nur wenig), Brennkammer aussaugen und den waagrechten Kanal zum Schornstein (rechts unten). Für das Ofenrohr reicht alle zwei Jahre, wenn der Ofen gleichmäßig mit wenig Holz hell brennend betrieben wird; für den Kanal zum Schornstein ist eine Reinigung nach jedem Besuch des Schornsteinfegers sinnvoll.

Das OpenEcoLab Munich-Projekt gründet in Kürze die erste OSE-Werkstatt in Deutschland. Standort soll München / das Münchner Umland sein.
Der Ort wurde gewählt, da wir in München gleich mehrere Projekte betreiben und hier bereits gut vernetzt sind.

=== Projektbeschreibung ===

Das OpenEcoLab München ist die erste freie Werkstatt des Open Source Ecology Germany (OSEG)-Projekts.
OpenEcoLab's sind FabLab-artige, von der Gemeinschaft betriebene Werkstätten in denen die Forschung & Entwicklung von Open Source Hardware und Maschinen ermöglicht wird. Auf diese Weise wollen wir die OpenSource-Kultur in der realen Welt adaptieren und leben. Durch die verschiedenen OSEG-Projekte, die in den OpenEcoLab's denzentral und vor Ort entwickelt werden, möchten wir Schritt für Schritt eine OpenSource-Ökonomie aufbauen die die Produktion von Gütern/Maschinen/Hardware und deren Verteilung optimiert und dabei Regeneration der Umwelt und soziale Gerechtigkeit fördert.

Nach dem Vorbild der Factor-e-Farm (s. [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zIsHKrP-66s|TED-Konferenz]], [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZOVDt4FkaQ&feature=related|YouTube-Video]]) adaptieren wir die in den USA erfolgreichen Konzepte in Deutschland, München. Jede(r) ist herzlich dazu eingeladen, an den Projekten des OpenEcoLab teilzunehmen oder eigene Projekte in unserer Werkstatt durchzuführen. Im Vordergrund steht dabei immer der Spaß an der Sache und die Motivation etwas Gutes und sinnvolles zu tun.

Unsere Suchkriterien sind:
* Es soll in oder im Umland von München sein - am besten bei einem Bauern / auf einem Bauernhof
* Es soll mit der S-Bahn/Bus/U-Bahn gut erreichbar sein, am besten im Norden von München
* Es sollte groß genug für eine große Werkstatt sein (100qm+ Halle wäre super)
* Wenn es dazu noch etwas gemeinsam nutzbare Grundfläche gäbe, die man vl. bewirtschaften kann oder wo Wohnwagen stehen können: Hervorragend!
* Ein Bach wäre super, Grundwasser/Brunnen wäre auch klasse
* Starkstromanschluss 400V (Drehstrom) + 230V abolutes muss
* Fließendes Wasser (kalt) ein muss
* Internetanschluß optional - wenn nicht vorhanden rüsten wir es danach.
* Sanitäranlagen vorhanden
