Verwendung des Ticketsystems

Das Trello OSEG 100 - Ticketsystem dient als zentrale Anlaufstelle für

  • Anfrage benötigter Ressourcen
  • Veröffentlichung von Aufgaben, welche erledigt werden müssen
  • Rückmeldung von Fehlern auf den Seiten von OSEG (Wiki, Forum, Blog, uvm.)
  • Erstellung von bereichsübergreifenden Abstimmungen bei Optimierungsvorschlägen
  • usw.

Hierzu erstellt man im Trello Ticketsystem einfach eine neue Karte "add card..." und schreibt sein Anliegen semantisch in den Betreff. 

Der Betreff sollte aussagekräftig genug sein! 
ggf. ist ein Kommentar mit Link zur entsprechenden Seite, Bild, Forum, usw. hinzu zu fügen.

Die Verwaltung des Ticketsystems wird sich dann dem Ticket annehmen und das Ticket in Form bringen, ggf. rückfragen und dann das Ticket an die entsprechenden Bereiche verschieben.
