DIY feasability

• It's to be investigated if cold fusion (rather LENR = Low Energy Nuclear Reactions) is (are) suitable for a DIY project.
  • As it looks it is doable - at least I know one belgian, one french (who does this research for a developing country) and one suisse guy who already built prototypes.
• => Controversy to open source ecology methology of easy construction?
