We want to create an organizational structure that:

• enables easy participation of every individual, organization or company in the open source product development
• is transparent
• is flexible and resilient
• meta: more criterias will be added as we understand better what is needed.

Association

Part of the organizational structure is an association (Verein) which can receive donations for the development of the open source products in Germany.
