An Open Source Association shared public under open source license all of its legal, technical and organizational aspects of the association creation and its governance. The goal is to be as transparent as possible and enable other association and individuals to use and learn from these informations. This requires for example:

• Open Membership list
• Open Book Accounting with Open Tutorials for it
• Open Protocols of the general assembly and the board.
• Use of Open Source Software in all areas of the association's work.
• publication of all documents, important for the work of the association.
• Publication of everything under open source licenses.
• Easy access to all informations.
