Online-Workshop vom 03.07.2026, Printing the 3d-printable parts

Print the 3D-printable parts with PLA . This are the endplates (one with and one without hole) and we make a stencil for punching-holes for the metal-plates, in case we produce them manually instead of milling them.

Stencils

Stencil for Grafoil

Stencil for Brass- and Copper-plate

Here are very small holes in it which help marking the exact middle of a bigger hole, but are small enough to to can be used with a scriber without any margin (and therefore delivers the exact point).

Stencil for Silicone-Gasket

Here i have simply used the Model for the static frame. When using it as a stencil its maybe a good idea to print it with a thickness of only 1 mm or less.
