- Don't start an action which is not on the board. If an action is essential add it to the board first, and then act on it.
- When you start an action add it to "Doing" and when you finish it add it to "Done". Don't delay this, do it immediately. The Board should represent real-time status communication.
Doing
"Doing" should contain the actions which the specified user is executing currently. The user should work only on 1 action.
