Forum
Advantages:
- Can subscribe for all topics: http://collab.opensourceecology.de/forum/?action=rss_updated_topics
- Can subscrube for every forum: e.g. "Technik" http://collab.opensourceecology.de/forum/?action=goto&index=1#forum/Technik-0.htm
Disadvantages:
- Cannot subscribe for forum groups (no RSS feed), e.g. "OSE Germany - Projekte" or "OSE Germany"
- Writing new Forum posts
- no Preview button.
- Cannot embed youtube videos:
- cannot just copy-paste https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aW_X0NUSC0M
- iframe code is filtered out
- no image file upload
Blog
Disadvantages:
- Only 1 associated image can be uploaded
- cannot translate blog post in other languages
Videos

Disadvantages:
- Cannot stream videos from youtube, requires video upload.
Poll
Disadvantages:
- After submitting your choice and reopen the home page, you are given again to choose an option from the poll (although it does not count anymore and does not have an effect)

Disadvantages:
- No history saved.
General
Disadvantages:
- User Interface when writing blog and forum posts does not feel smooth.
- RSS icon in the browser is missing
- Have to wait 1 minute before sending a second message to a user
Comments
Nikolay: it feels cumbersome for me. It offers many functionalities, but none of these is done well in comparison with separate existing software. I prefer Wordpress (better design, more flexible with plugins, easy to write, user profiles are possible) and additional proven forum.
