Collaborators Workflow

New Collaborators

When there is a new collaborator:

• The new collaborator is added by one of the collaborator managers to the oseg-collaborators Google Group and has the following rights:
  • Add tasks to the OSEG Board from the collaborators webpage: https://sites.google.com/site/osegermany/task . Every added task is immediately displayed in the OSEG Board.

Note: the oseg-collaborators Google Group exists to ensure that only collaborators (and not everyone) have the rights to add tasks to the OSEG Board.

Collaborators: Achmed, Alex, Nikolay, Oliver
