We recommend the Open Source Operating System Ubuntu and the Open Source Video Editor Kdenlive.

Process

Our recommended sequence for the video production is:

• Write you script - make sure this is the script you really want.
• Start your project in Kdenlive.
  • Add the photos and videos
  • Add the music
    • While putting the music train speaking out the script. Adjust the script if needed.
  • Record the voice over of the script and align it with the photos/videos and music.
• Render your project to the final movie.
